If you choose to make an offer on a property, we will assist with the negotiation of the sale. You will need to provide information regarding the property you wish to purchase, your telephone number, the amount you are willing to offer, how much of a down payment you will make, when you would like to close, whether you have been pre-qualified by a lender, and if so, what is the lender's name, whether you need to sell a property to complete the purchase and if so, the address of the property you need to sell, the listing broker of the property, the name of the title company and the closing date.

Affiliated Businesses
Monster Real Estate is affiliated with a residential mortgage lender, Hamilton National Mortgage Company and a full service title company, Nationwide Search and Settlement.
We may share information about your purchase transaction to assist with mortgage prequalification and to offer mortgage and title services that may be required.
We share certain information with certain other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.
Non-affiliated Businesses
We will not disclose your personal information without your permission to any non-affiliated parties. With your permission, we may share details of your transaction to complete the transaction you have initiated. Your lender, inspector, appraiser, or title company may required a copy of the purchase agreement, inspection reports or other information specifically related to the transaction.
Monster Real Estate will disclose to interested parties information relating to the sale of a property listed with us. This information will be posted on our web site and in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for the purpose of marketing the home to the greatest number of potential buyers.
How we protect your information
We limit access to your information only to MRE employees who are involved in your transaction or who manage those involved in your transaction. Our website maintains encrypted security against unauthorized use. Only certain employees have the access to view information sent through the website when your register or use it.
We train our staff on the importance of handling personal information. They are trained to limit sharing of information only to affiliated and non-affiliated parties involved in your transaction.
